Refund Policy for Kymmiee Lately Digital
Please read carefully to ensure your satisfaction and clarity about our processes. This policy applies to both our digital products and future merchandise offerings.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
For digital products, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below. For merchandise, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, templates, courses).
Gift cards.
Items marked as “final sale.”
Health, personal care items, and intimate products (for future merchandise).
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
The product was not delivered or downloadable due to technical issues beyond your control.
The product is materially different from its description on the site.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take additional processing time.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email info@kymmieelateley.com with proof of purchase and details about the defect or damage.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or with discounts cannot be refunded.
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
