Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Kymmiee Lately Atelier. We value your trust and aim to ensure clarity with every purchase. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, exchanges, and returns across all digital products and future merchandise.

General Policy

Our refund and return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Digital Products

Refunds for digital downloads are limited to specific cases outlined below.

Merchandise

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital products including downloads, templates, and eBooks

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

• Health, wellness, or intimate items (for future merchandise collections)

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of instant-access digital items, refunds are only granted if:

• You did not receive the product due to a technical issue beyond your control

• The item is significantly different from what was described at checkout

To request a refund, email hello@kymmieelately.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can review your request quickly.

Merchandise Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email with an approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Partial refunds may apply to:

• Items returned damaged or not in their original condition

• Items missing components not due to our error

• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  1. Check your account or statement for the transaction

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing may take time

  3. If it still has not posted, email us at hello@kymmieelately.com

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@kymmieelately.com with your order details and images of the issue.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and purchases made using discount codes are considered final.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received and approved. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be processed back to their original payment method.
