2.1 Ownership
All original content including text, videos, digital downloads, images, and brand assets belong to Kymmiee Lately Atelier. No user may reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

All sales are final unless there is a verified technical error. Refunds must be requested within 14 days and will be considered case by case.
3.3 Coaching and Consulting Services
A separate contract will govern all coaching or consulting agreements. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.2 Third-Party Responsibility
Kymmiee Lately is not responsible for issues related to affiliate purchases or third-party product experiences.
