Prep Time: 5 Mins

Level: Easy

Servings: 1 build-able to a Crowd serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ounce of any orange-scented, Cognac-based spirit – triple sec or Grand Mariner.
  • Cranberry juice 1/2 ounce

  • Dash simple syrup or agave, as needed.
  • Ice cubes.
  • 2 ounces chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold. Taste and if the mixture seems to tart, add a dash of simple syrup or agave.

Pro-Tip

  • Make multiple drinks: If you are making for a crowd, add enough of the vodka mixture without the champagne for multiple people to a large pitcher, stir and refrigerate until cold. When you are ready to serve, divide between glasses and finish with chilled sparkling wine (or champagne).
